The framework developed in the Presentation Session (Friday @ 3.10pm) will be used to analyse the participants' own contexts (teaching or leadership), and develop a program or personal and team development. Explicit links to Learning Theories and Teaching Techniques, from Explicit Teaching to the Flipped Classroom will be shown, as well as the effective role of well being, restorative justice and supportive programs in schools to support students with low engagement.
