Leading a Digital School Conference

In this keynote Dan will combine the research from the fields of Positive Psychology, Mindset and Self Determination Theory, to discuss how leaders can empower their colleagues to be genuinely engaged in the use of technology in school. Delegates will learn about the essentials for authentic engagement as well as some of the reasons behind common self-sabotaging behaviours. Dan will seek to shed light on why some efforts in the past have worked whilst others have fallen by the wayside even though everyone thought they were good ideas.
