This session will unpack the phrase, “Do you see what I see?” in relation to building safe relationships and culture to enable coaching and mentoring to happen spontaneously. We will unpack the impact that valuing curiosity as a first response has made on our community at every level. NBCS invites courageous authenticity and vulnerability that leads to real change.
