This 2-part workshop serves as the perfect follow up to the keynote address. It will look at the specific requirements for staff to authentically engage through the lens of coaching. Together, we’ll explore strategies that leaders can deploy in their differing contexts and learn some of the fundamental requirements of a coaching culture.
Participants will:
Learn about the trans-theoretical model of change and how to incorporate it into our change approaches.
Discover the potential of coaching to help develop staff, both in a professional and personal capacity.
Explore strategies and frameworks to embed coaching into their context.
