As coaching leaders, how vulnerable are we prepared to be in order to develop empathy for everyone in our community. Are we prepared to take off our own shoes to really walk in those of another?

This session will share a series of activities, ideas and resources which we use to ‘onboard’ people into our community, building relationship and developing agency to ensure that mentoring and coaching are an expected part of the experience of belonging to our school.
